Christmas Tree Day

School is out which means it’s Christmas tree day! We went to our local Christmas tree farm and bought a beautiful tree. This afternoon has been spent decorating it with our eclectic mix of baubles each of which holds a memory or marks a holiday or occasion. There’s a large amount of the children’s home made decorations too. Although he doesn’t look it, Toby is beyond excited. He’s was instructing me how to park the car so he could get in the house more quickly - ‘no there’ ‘over there’ ‘stop’! I’ve never heard so much speech in one go!
